Police Identify Ilderton Man As Victim In Devastating Highbury Ave Motorcycle Crash

A 49-year-old Ilderton resident has been identified as the victim in Monday’s fatal motorcycle collision in northeast London.

Brian Paul Kloth of Ilderton died in hospital from injuries sustained when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Highbury Avenue North and Edgevalley Road on Monday afternoon, according to London Police Service.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. on April 14, when emergency crews responded to reports of a serious collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle in the area. Paramedics transported Kloth to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.

The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene following the collision.

Members of the London Police Service Road Safety Section are still investigating the incident, which took place in the city’s northeast end. The investigation remains in its early stages, with police seeking additional information from the public.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the collision to contact them, especially those with dash-cam footage or access to business or residential video surveillance from the area.
