Camp FFIT 2025 offers an immersive experience for young women, gender diverse youth, and transgender youth to explore firefighting and fire service careers through hands-on training and mentorship. Selected participants will take part in rigorous yet rewarding training activities like fire prevention, ladder operations, rescue scenarios, and fire communications. The goal is to promote inclusion and inspire future careers in the fire service. The program also highlights support options like financial assistance through the Play Your Way fund.
