A school in north London was placed under hold and secure on Monday after receiving a bomb threat via email.
London Police Service responded to the alarming situation shortly after 10 a.m. on April 1st when they were notified that a teacher at a school on Highbury Avenue North had received an email containing a bomb threat.
The school immediately implemented security protocols while police conducted a thorough search of both the interior and exterior of the building. Following their investigation, officers confirmed that nothing suspicious was found on the premises.
According to the London Police Service website, the investigation remains in its early stages, with authorities continuing to examine the source of the threatening email.
