At Can Pop! Media, a trading name of The Content Panel Ltd, we are committed to creating inclusive, respectful, and engaging spaces for our audience across all platforms. Our comment sections, community forums, and social media pages are intended to encourage dialogue, constructive discussion, and personal expression — while ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

By commenting or engaging with our platforms, you agree to abide by the following Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

General Commenting Policy

  • Comments are moderated to protect against hate speech, spam, vulgarity, and abuse.
  • All users must use their real first and last names when commenting — pseudonyms are not allowed.
  • By commenting, you grant Can Pop! Media the right to use and distribute your content across any of our platforms and social media channels.
  • We reserve the right to remove comments, ban users, or close discussions at any time without notice.

Participation Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

  • No harassment, bullying, personal attacks, or targeted insults.
  • Treat all contributors, subjects, and fellow users with dignity.

2. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech

  • Comments promoting or encouraging hate, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or political belief will be removed immediately.

3. No Vulgar or Explicit Content

  • Comments with profanity, graphic content, or sexually explicit language will be removed.

4. No Libel or Defamation

  • Any content that is false, harmful, or defamatory may be subject to legal action and will be deleted.

5. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotion

  • Advertising, repeated posting, and automated or bot-generated content are strictly prohibited.

6. External Links

  • Comments containing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate links will be removed.

7. Protect Personal Safety

  • Do not share personal or private information (your own or others’) in public comment areas.

Social Media Moderation

These guidelines also apply across all Can Pop! Media social channels, including:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn

We follow platform-specific community standards, such as Meta’s Community Guidelines, and use a combination of:

  • AI-powered tools (including moderation partners like Amplify.ai)
  • Manual moderation by our staff

Note: Due to the volume of activity on social media, some comments that violate these guidelines may not be immediately detected. We appreciate your help in flagging problematic content.

Branded and Sponsored Content

We encourage open dialogue on all our content, including branded and sponsored pieces. While discussions may reflect opinions contrary to a brand’s image, Can Pop! Media will not close comment sections on sponsored content unless there is a clear violation of these guidelines.

We retain full discretion to remove comments or suspend discussions based on content violations — not brand preference.
